Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order from your account page or directly on the courier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address or no one available to receive), the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Re-shipping fees will apply for orders returned due to delivery failure caused by customer unavailability or an incorrect address.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice. No return shipping required for damaged items.
