Returns Window

Key Term

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products in original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or you received an incorrect item.

What Can Be Returned

  • Products delivered damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product received (not what you ordered)
  • Sealed, unused products in original packaging — returned within 7 days

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or part of a promotional bundle
  • Consultation fees once the session has taken place

How to Return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging
  • A brief description of the reason for return

We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer processing times may vary by institution.
